Please save your clean Extruded Polystyrene Foam/XPS (styrofoam) for our second ever recycling event in the far west counties of WNC! This event is produced by The 'Whee Market based in Cullowhee, USA; find us at

Paul Allen of Feed Me Foam, LLC, will be bringing his condenser truck onsite to condense clean foam down into fifty pound blocks to then take to a recycling plant in South Carolina where it will be expanded and repurposed into non-single use styrofoam items. If it bends, it is not XPS. It must be clean of all oils, food, soil, or any other medium in order to be recycled. Big, bulky, packaging foam is especially appreciated!
