planet-friendly practices into their everyday lives.
We’re happy to announce that
Adam Macon, Dogwood Alliance’s Campaign Director, will be speaking at the event about Dogwood’s “Our Forests Aren’t Fuel Campaign”. The presentation and discussion will detail the emerging threat of industrial biomass and the role our Southern forests will play in addressing climate change in the 21st century. You can find out more about biomass and our campaign on our
website.
Dogwood Alliance will be part of an
extensive schedule of fascinating seminars and presentations. Featured seminars include, among others, “Electric Vehicles: Transportation for the Future Today,” “Green Living Outside Your Home with Native Landscaping,” and “Green Building a New Green Home.”
This is a great way to find out more about energy efficiency, urban gardening, ecotransportation, sustainable building, and the latest in green living practices, trends and technology.
Visitors can explore everything from building their own green home to adopting a new pet from
Brother Wolf! This event will be informative and highly versatile. We look forward to seeing you there!
